KEAPS History
Kilby Educational and Professional Services, KEAPS, was established the summer of 2020. Formerly known as 'My Resume's New Begininng', from the beginning KEAPS mission has been to zero out the black unemployment rate. To embark on this mission, Founder Ty Kilby knew it would be imperative to derive an action plan that would ultimately grow KEPS into an educational platform that serves the entire Black and Minority Community.
